Put it out of the Power of Truth to give you an ill Character ; And if any Body reports you not to be an Honest, or a Good Man , let your Practice give him the Lye: This is all very feasible: For pray who can hinder you from being Just, Sincere , and Good Natur'd if you have a mind to it? To make all sure, you should resolve to live no longer then you can live Honestly; For, in earnest, you had much better be Nothing, than a Knave.
